Frequently asked questions
Quick guidance for the questions that come up most often.
Where are my workflows stored?
Workflow data is stored locally in your current Chrome profile. Keep backups of important workflows and protect access to your device and Chrome profile.
What should I try when a command fails?
Test the command individually, review the Log and Variables dock, confirm its selector still targets the correct element, and check whether the element is inside an iframe or loop context.
Can support inspect my workflows automatically?
No. Your workflows are local and are not automatically available to Flowstem. Share only the minimum screenshots or exported information needed to explain the issue, after removing secrets and private data.
Where can I find product documentation?
The Flowstem documentation center is being prepared. The new Docs link will open it as soon as the GitBook site is published.
How do I get help with billing or my subscription?
Email support from the address connected to your Flowstem account. Do not send full card numbers or other payment credentials.
